Our Terms of business

All prices are retail prices and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
The minimum order value amounts to €50 and €20 in case of prepayment.
Starting from an order value of €150, shipping is free of charge for deliveries within Germany (except Cash on Delivery, C.O.D, charges). Below this amount, we charge a lump sum for postage and packing amounting to €5.00 with prepayment resp. €12.50 with C.O.D., plus possible C.O.D fees.
Delivery is effected by C.O.D or prepayment via bank transfer or cheque.
Deliveries abroad can only be effected with prepayment and issuing an invoice. All arising shipping expenses and banking fees will be charged to the orderer.
Shipping expenses to the rest of western Europe except Switzerland and Norway amount to €20 with prepayment, no C.O.D. Free shipping for orders amounting to more than €300.
Your orders will be executed as quickly as possible. If an article is not available in stock, the delivery time may be a little longer. In such cases, we kindly ask you for your understanding if we effect a partial delivery and send the rest of the goods as soon as they are available. It goes without saying that there will be no additional postage costs arising for this subsequent delivery.
Delivery will be effected by Deutsche Post (German Post) or Österreichische Post (Austrian Post).
You can return any goods within 14 days after previous consent from our side. The goods must be in unused condition. For goods in original packing, please also return this original packing in either case.
Postage costs for any returns - exchange, return or complaint - will be at your expense. We do not accept any unfree return shipment. In case of a justified complaint, we will certainly refund the postage costs!
If the goods have been damaged in transit, please have this damage confirmed by the post or the forwarding agent and send us the notification of claim immediately on your receipt of goods.
Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, fire damages, shortage of raw materials release us from the delivery obligation for the duration of the trouble.
Differences in quality due to the nature of the product or the raw materials, slight irregularities with hand-knitted goods as well as slight color variations do not entitle to any compensation claims.
Knives are sent to persons over 18 only (proof of age such as copy of ID card to be sent by letter or fax).
Goods remain our property until paid for. Altoetting is place of jurisdiction for both parties.
